DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS
- Delivery available at an additional cost.
- Delivery fee is based on the distance we travel, not the load.
- Trucks are scheduled ahead of time.
- We only deliver within a 250km radius around Tzaneen. Some roads are forbidden for heavy vehicles & the route may take longer than expected.
- Offloading at your location:
When making use of our transportation, offloading the truck at your premises is your responsibility and at your expense. Please make the necessary arrangements for it to go as smoothly and fast as possible, we do recommend a minimum of 4 people to offload the truck.
You can arrange your own transportation as well. Please confirm your collection date a minimum of 3 working days before, allowing us enough time to stack your order for fast loading at our side. Collecting orders will not be permitted outside of our trading ours so please plan accordingly.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
- Orders will only be processed after payment is made and cleared.
- Processing time of orders range between 10 -15 working days based on our stock and current orders in process.
- Estimated processing time can be requested when making payment.
- Card facilities available.
- EFT payments accepted.
- Lay Buy can be arranged.
